CAPMeeting does not store meeting context or generated agendas in an application database. Three previews do not require an account; continued Civic access uses a verified email for subscription and usage checks. Do not enter names, rosters, CAPIDs or CAP member IDs, contact details, street addresses, PHI or patient information, incident or case identifiers, or operational secrets.
The de-identified meeting context you submit is sent through FreshSkyAI's privacy-restricted provider chain. A pre-provider filter rejects likely personal identifiers. Provider availability can change without changing this privacy boundary.
Google Cloud Run may log standard request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, route, and response code for operations and abuse prevention. Application logs contain privacy categories and error types, never meeting context or provider output.
This tool does not use an application session to store meeting context or agendas and does not intentionally set advertising cookies.
